Payment Policy for Online Classes

Online classes is the only paid section of our website. When you subscribe to Online Teaching from our website, our team reaches you via the email provided by you or the phone number. Our team analyzes your Turkish language skills to see if the online classes package you selected is suitable for you or not. If you have applied for a suitable online classes package then you will be sent bank payment details. On submission of payment our team makes an online classes schedule for you and guides you further on starting your online coaching.

The payment will only be accepted by bank transfers.

The payment is refundable before the starting of your first online class. After your online classes have started, you can still request a refund but a deduction will be made and a prorated amount will be refunded only.

If you request a refund, the bank charges for refund will be deducted from your paid amount.
